Im Jazho and i cant log in

Hello, Im Jazho, and i have problem.
On website it says: Status: | Auth: Online | Server: Online, so i run my l2gold client, and try to log with use old password, but nothing happens.
What should i do?
On the website is not possible to create new accont.

tried to delete your system and run updator for can join in server or run l2gold.exe updator for check your file
